A hotel located close to Chester is seeking to appoint a Chef de Partie to the kitchen
The Head Chef of a hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of five chefs working in the kitchen of a hotel which has built a good reputation for dining. The venue creates menus that reflect the best produce of the season including those sourced from the properties own kitchen garden with all chefs being encouraged to have an input on the menu design. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be expected to be capable of working across the sections depending on where you are required to work.
A Chef de Partie who has been working in a similar high quality, fresh food environment is needed to take on this role. All round cooking skills alongside the ability to adapt easily to working on different sections is essential.
