A four star hotel in Lincoln is currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team
Role:
A high quality hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to create dishes for the semi-branded restaurant which has branded main menus with the kitchen having freedom on the specials. The role will also require you to cater for the conference and banqueting department at the hotel. As Chef de Partie you will be working within a team of eight chefs with the responsibility of running your own section to the high standards expected by the Head Chef.
Requirements:
A Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie who has been working in similar fresh food kitchens where you catered for an ‘a la carte’ restaurant and banqueting department serving high numbers of covers. The ability to maintain high standards whilst working under pressure is essential.
