A Chef de Partie is required to join the kitchen of a busy hotel located in Rutland
The Head Chef of a hotel with a busy dining operation is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of chefs working in the kitchen of the property.This is a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie as you will have the chance to assist with he preparation of dishes for the hotel’s restaurant which offers modern British dining as well as the conference and banqueting department and bar which has an afternoon tea service too.
A Chef de Partie who has already gained experience working within a hotel kitchen would be ideal for this position as its important you already have some banqueting knowledge.Good cooking skills on a number of sections would also be ideal for the role in order to offer more flexibility to the senior chefs.
