An organised Chef de Partie is required to join the kitchen of a hotel in Nottingham
A hotel that offers food in the bar and restaurant as well as hosting conferences during the week and some events at weekends is seeking a Chef de Partrie to work within the team of six working in the kitchen. The hotel has a small kitchen that creates all fresh food for a fast paced service so in this Chef de Partie role you will be expected to be organised on your section working in a clean, tidy manner whilst achieving the standards that the Head Chef has implemented.
The role needs a strong Commis Chef or an experienced Chef de Partie who has already been working in a hotel environment ideally. It is essential that all chefs have been working in kitchens where you were cooking with all fresh ingredients and obtained the skills required to be truly organised during a busy service.
