A four star hotel in Somerset is recruiting for a Chef de Partie to work in a revamped restaurant kitchen
A top quality hotel has recently revamped its dining operation adding a summer terrace restaurant with an outdoor kitchen but requires a Chef de Partie to cater for this new venue. The new dining area will increase the restaurant seating by 50 covers making it 100+ covers in total. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be working with all fresh ingredients to create modern British dishes to the high standards that the Head Chef has implemented in the kitchen.
A Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie who has had a stable career so for working in good quality, all fresh food kitchens in hotels, restaurants or food led pubs. It is important that all chefs are used to working in busy kitchens catering for over 100 covers.
