A hotel in a picturesque location on Guernsey is recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen
The Head Chef of this well regarded hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen assisting with the preparation of dishes for the restaurant and the banqueting facilities.The restaurant offers classic and modern dishes prepared using the fantastic produce available locally including meat and seafood as well as the best produce from further afield.As Chef de Partie you will be required to run your section in the kitchen maintaining the high standards that have been put into place whilst working with all fresh ingredients in a busy department.
A Chef de Partie who is used to running their own section is needed to take on this position as you will be expected to hit the floor running.Previous experience working within a hotel would be ideal although is not essential as long as you are used to working under pressure in high volume, fresh food kitchens.
