A Chef de Partie role is available at a four star, luxury hotel in Hertfordshire
The Head Chef of a hotel with a two AA Rosette awarded restaurant is seeking a Chef de Partie to join their team working in the kitchen where you will be working with all fresh, seasonal produce.The role needs a Chef de Partie who has good all round cooking skills allowing you to move between the sections whilst preparing dishes for the restaurant and conference/ banqueting department.This is a great opportunity to prepare high quality traditional dishes using precise cooking techniques whilst being encouraged to bring new ideas to the daily specials menu.
All Chef de Parties applying for this position should be experienced in hotel kitchens accredited to at least one AA Rosette level with a good knowledge of most sections.The ability to take full control of your own section whilst supporting the senior chefs when needed is essential for this role.
