A central York hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie with good all round cooking skills
A strong Chef de Partie is required to work at a four star hotel where you will be joining an ambitious new kitchen team who are aiming to gain AA Rosettes in the restaurant shortly. The venue has an exciting new menu in the restaurant featuring modern British, Brasserie style dishes in this role of Chef de Partie you will be creating dishes for the restaurant but also for the banqueting department at the hotel.
A Chef de Partie who has gained good all round skills in the kitchen with experience working in hotels previously ideally to at least one AA Rosette standards is needed for this role. Previous banqueting experience would also be a big advantage to gaining a role at this hotel.
