A luxury hotel in Leeds is recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen
This contemporary hotel that offers boutique luxury to its guests is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team which consists of eight chefs. The restaurant at the hotel focuses on creating grills and Brasserie style dishes using the best ingredients available and offering modern presentation. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be preparing dishes for the restaurant as well as catering for events held in the two private dining rooms at the property and creating snacks/ light meals for the bar area.
The Head Chef is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie who has been working at this level already or is a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready for the next step in their career. It is important that you can adapt to different styles of cooking as well as being up to date with modern presentation techniques. An ambitious chef will fit well into this operation that can offer you good opportunities to further progress your career.
