A country hotel situated in North Yorkshire is recruiting for a Chef de Partie position
Joining the kitchen of a country hotel that has a busy dining operation, this role of Chef de Partie will see you working within a team of eight chefs. The hotel offers dining in the 60 cover restaurant as well as the lounge bar but also operates a busy banqueting department which is popular with both corporate and private events including weddings. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be required to take control of your section in the kitchen ensuring that you are working to the high standards that the Head Chef has implemented in the hope that they will achieve AA Rosettes in the kitchen shortly.
All chefs applying to this role must be capable of working on a number of different sections in the kitchen with experience working as a Chef de Partie already or a strong Commis Chef ready to take the next step in their career. An ambitious chef who wishes to continue learning in an ambitious team under a talented chef who will continue to push you forward in your own career would be ideal.
