A restaurant situated within the Burnley region of Lancashire is recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef role
A Brasserie style restaurant that offers its customers modern British dining is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team working hard to create dishes to award winning standards. The venue offers ‘a la carte’ dining as well as hosting private dining events and small weddings. As Junior Sous Chef you will be expected bring strong cooking skills to the kitchen, with the ability to move around the sections whilst also being open to continued training opportunities so that you are capable of stepping up to deputise for the Sous Chef in their absence.
This role would ideally suit a strong Chef de Partie looking to step up in their career although experienced Junior Sous Chefs will also be considered. Ideally all chefs will have been working in properties that have won awards or AA Rosettes for the high quality, fresh food that they serve.
