A Junior Sous Chef role is available at a fresh food hotel in Lincoln
The new Head Chef of a hotel in Lincoln is seeking to build their own team and requires a Junior Sous Chef to strengthen the kitchen. The hotel offers dining in the ‘a la carte’, 50 cover restaurant and the bar area but also hosts regular functions. The role needs a Junior Sous Chef who can run sauce to the high standards expected but can also work on all other sections including pastry.
This is a great opportunity for a strong Chef de Partie looking for their next step in the career into a Junior Sous Chef role. Previous experience of all sections is important but strength on sauce is essential for this role. All chefs applying should have worked in a similar multi-outlet, fresh food hotel kitchen.
