A two AA Rosette hotel in North Derbyshire is recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef
The Head Chef of a country hotel is seeking a Junior Sous Chef who can focus on preparing dishes for the two AA Rosette restaurant alongside the Head and Sous Chef. The hotel focuses on using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create modern British dishes for lunch, dinner and an afternoon tea service. As this is a Junior Sous Chef role it would be expected that you can work on all sections in the kitchen to the high standards expected whilst also stepping up and running some of the quieter services.
It is essential that all chefs applying for this role have been working as a Junior Sous Chef or are a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up in their career. Good all round cooking skills are required but it is important you have gained these in properties awarded a minimum of one AA Rosette.
