A multi-AA Rosette awarded property in Wilshire is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the kitchen
A Pastry Chef de Partie role is available at a two AA Rosette country inn with rooms that offers modern British dining in the restaurant and also offer high quality café style dining. In this role of Pastry Chef de Partie you will be preparing the desserts for both of the venues using high quality, seasonal ingredients which are generally sourced locally to the venue or from its own kitchen garden. In this role you will be encouraged to have an input onto the dessert menus working with the Head Chef to create new, seasonal dishes that will attract the diners.
A Pastry Chef de Partie who has been working at this level in a property with at least one AA Rosette is required to work at this venue. It is important that you are capable of fully organising your section so that you are fully prepared for service and cope well when creating desserts for large numbers.
