A Sous Chef role is available at a luxury hotel in Manchester
The recently appointed Executive Head Chef of a luxury hotel in Manchester is seeking to strengthen the team by appointing an experienced Sous Chef. The hotel offers fine dining in the ‘a la carte’, restaurant, has a separate lounge and bar area, afternoon teas and has a second kitchen for the very busy conference and banqueting department. As Sous Chef you will assist in organising, motivating, monitoring and training the brigade of 22 chefs and be able to cover any section during service times.
This is a great opportunity for a strong sous chef looking for the next step in their career, working in a prestigious hotel. Previous experience of working at sous chef level in a 4 or 5 star multi outlet hotel is essential for all chefs applying for this position.
