A city center hotel in Manchester offering fine dining is recruiting for a Sous Chef role
A hotel that is transforming a dining venue and is popular with its residents as well as locals is seeking to appoint a Sous Chef to the kitchen.The new concept will be traditional British with a modern twist and will be at 2 rosette level and this is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive team. As Sous Chef you will be a senior chef in the kitchen working closely with the Head Chef to introduce the new concept and then ensure the cooking standards are consistently achieved by the whole team whilst also taking charge of the kitchen operation when needed.
All chefs applying for this role should have worked at Sous Chef level ideally in a restaurant that has achieved two AA Rosettes standard. It is important that all applicants are confident team leaders with the ability to run a busy kitchen when required. A passionate chef who can bring new ideas to the menus would be ideal.
