A new opening, fresh food pub located in the Burton On Trent region is seeking a Sous Chef
A pub group is currently seeking to employ a Sous Chef for their newest opening which will be a fast paced, mainly fresh food operation. The menus at the pub feature pub classics including grills, pies, fish and chips etc with 50% of the menus branded across the group but the other 50% given to the pub to decide what works best for them. This is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a growing pub group that can offer you excellent opportunities to grow with the company.
In this Sous Chef role it is important that all chefs are used to working in high volume, mainly fresh food kitchens where you learnt to cope well under pressure. It is also important that you have a knowledge of food safety, HACCP, kitchen admin and team leadership with the ability to run service when required.
