An award winning hotel located in the Lincoln region is recruiting for a Sous Chef position
Joining the team of seven chefs working in the award winning kitchen of a country hotel this Sous Chef role will require you to work closely with the Head Chef. The hotel has a great reputation with a two AA Rosette awarded restaurant that seats 50 covers with modern British dishes served. The venue is also a popular choice for weddings and special events which you will also be catering for. In this role of Sous Chef you will be expected to have all round skills in the kitchen with the ability to run service times whilst also assisting with the management of the junior members of the team and the kitchen ordering.
The role would suit a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef who can work well in a relaxed team environment where the chefs are passionate about food but are not pre-madonnas. Previous experience working in 1 or 2 AA Rosette awarded kitchens is essential alongside the ability to help manage the kitchen department.
