A town house hotel in Warwickshire offering award winning dining is recruiting for a Sous Chef role
A hotel that is a popular dining venue with its residents as well as locals is seeking to appoint a Sous Chef to the kitchen. The modern British restaurant at the hotel offers ‘a la carte’ dining as well as tapas, sharing boards and a TDH menu with dishes prepared from scratch in the refurbished kitchen by the team of seven chefs. As Sous Chef you will be a senior chef in the kitchen working closely with the Head Chef to ensure the award winning cooking standards expected are consistently achieved by the whole team whilst also taking charge of the kitchen operation when needed.
All chefs applying for this role should have worked at Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef level in kitchens with one or two AA Rosettes. It is important that all applicants are confident team leaders with the ability to run a busy kitchen when required. A passionate chef who can bring new ideas to the menus would be ideal.
