An ambitious hotel in North Derbyshire is recruiting for a Sous Chef position
The Head Chef of a fresh food hotel is seeking a Sous Chef to work closely with them to help achieve the ambition of gaining an AA Rosette in the fine dining restaurant. At the same time you will also be creating dishes for the more relaxed bar menu that offers traditional pub meals. This is a busy operation that has a good reputation in the region, as a result it is important that as Sous Chef you are capable of running busy services with a knowledge of kitchen management including a knowledge of the departmental costs.
A good quality Sous Chef who has worked in establishments with one AA Rosette recently is required to take on this role. The position needs a chef with excellent cooking skills who is also aware of the financial management of the kitchen.
