A large scale dining venue in Sheffield is recruiting for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen
A Sous Chef role is available at a leisure venue which hosts large events throughout the year with busy dining operations catering for the guests, VIPs and for separate private events taking place at the venue. The venue is part of a group of venues in the city which may require you to offer them support during their busy periods. As this is a Sous Chef role you will also be involved with some areas of kitchen management including planning for events, costing menus, stock ordering and allergy information.
A Sous Chef who has a background working in corporate focused or banqueting led operations is required for this role as you will be catering for large numbers. A stable CV based in fresh food kitchens where you also gained good kitchen management knowledge is also important.
