A central Manchester hotel is recruiting for a Chef de Partie to work in the busy kitchen
A large hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to work in the restaurant/ bar which offers all day dining with the venue open to residents and walk ins. The restaurant has menus featuring informal, all fresh food ranging from full meals to quick snacks prepared in an open plan kitchen which has a team of ten chefs. There is also a private dining area which you will cater for but this Chef de Partie role will be restaurant focused with very little function work involved.
A background based in good quality, fresh food restaurants where you were working to a fast pace whilst creating dishes from scratch is required for this role. All chefs should have been working at Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie level in their most recent role.
