A hotel situated in central Manchester is seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie to the kitchen team
A large, four star hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie with good all round cooking skills is needed to join the large team of chefs working at this property with a multi-outlet dining operation. This role will allow the successful Chef de Partie to prepare all fresh ingredients to create dishes for the main restaurant but you will also be expected to move into the separate conference and banqueting kitchen when required as this is a large part of the hotel’s business. The role will offer you plenty of training in order to further develop your abilities and your career within a hotel that has an excellent reputation.
The role would suit a strong Demi Chef de Partie/ Commis Chef ready to take the next step in their career or a Chef de Partie wishing to work in a recognised property. A wide knowledge of cooking on different sections is necessary for this role with previous experience working in fresh food hotel or restaurant kitchens.
