A country hotel situated in the Loch Ness region is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie
A privately owned country hotel is recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the team of eight chefs working in the kitchen of the property. The restaurant at the hotel is an award winning dining venue with a number of accolades for the high quality dishes which are created from the best locally sourced Scottish produce using both modern and classic cooking techniques. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be required to work on all sections in the kitchen whilst also carrying out breakfast shifts on a rota basis. The role would be ideal for a chef who loves the outdoor life on their time off.
The role needs a Chef de Partie who has a good, fresh food background ideally with AA Rosette experience although this is not essential as a chef with a good attitude who is willing to learn would be considered as you will receive excellent one on one training.
*Ideally all chefs will have their own transport due to the rural location of the hotel*
