A Chef de Partie role is available at a hotel in Derbyshire with a busy banqueting department
In this role of Chef de Partie you will be focusing on the hotel’s banqueting department creating conference lunches, banquets, evening buffets and wedding breakfast. Working within a team of ten chefs this role of Chef de Partie will require you to prepare fresh ingredients to a high standard in order to maintain the hotel’s good reputation as a leading choice for banqueting.
It is important that all Chef de Parties applying for this role have previous experience working in properties where you were assisting with the preparation of dishes for the banqueting department. The ability to create dishes for large numbers of covers whilst upkeeping the high standards of cooking expected is essential.
