A four star hotel situated in Derbyshire is recruiting for a Chef de Partie with all round cooking skills
The Head Chef of a four star hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of ten working in the kitchen where you will assist with the preparation of meals for the restaurant, bar and functions rooms. The hotel has a high volume banqueting department as well as a fast paced bar food operation so needs a Chef de Partie who will be able to control a busy section ensuring that you are always prepared for service and that your section is fully stocked. This is a great opportunity for a chef to join a hotel where you can progress your career within the group through ongoing training and personal development opportunities.
An experienced Chef de Partie or very strong Demi Chef de Partie who has already gained experience working in hotel kitchens is needed for this role. It is important that you are able to adapt to different cooking styles easily whilst also being to upkeep high standards of cooking whilst working under pressure.
