A Bedfordshire hotel has a Chef de Partie position available in the kitchen
A Chef de Partie is required to join a hotel that offers award winning dining where you will focus on preparing dishes for the main restaurant.In this role of Chef de Partie you will be part of a team working with the finest, seasonal ingredients available many of which are sourced from the region surrounding the hotel.The property has a stable team of chefs allowing you to settle into a dedicated team who are always striving to achieve further awards and accolades for the dining outlets.
A strong Commis Chef or a Demi Chef de Partie looking to step up or an experienced Chef de Partie with good all round experience in the kitchen with previous experience working in a kitchen with at least one AA Rosette is required to take on this role.A positive attitude alongside the ability to closely follow instructions from the senior chefs is essential.
