A country hotel in the Cotswolds is recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team
A Chef de Partie role is available at a country hotel that offers its guests several different dining opportunities.Joining a team of ten chefs you will be assisting with the preparation of meals for the two restaurants at the venue as well as the conference and function facilities.As Chef de Partie you will be expected to take charge of your section in the kitchen working with top quality, fresh, seasonal produce creating dishes to AA Rosette standards.
All Chef de Parties applying for this should have a high skill set as well as previous exposure to AA Rosette cooking and banqueting.A good team player who works well with others and can lead Commis Chefs when necessary would be ideal.
