A leading Surrey restaurant has a role available for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen
A restaurant with an excellent dining reputation is recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the team of six chefs working in the kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to work in a venue with exacting cooking standards preparing modern European dishes for the 70 cover restaurant and private dining room. The role will offer you the chance to carry on learning whilst working with a dedicated team of chefs and running your section to the award winning standards expected.
A Chef de Partie who has been working to a minimum of two AA Rosette standards in their most recent role is needed for this role. All chefs must have drive, passion and be willing to work hard in order to ensure that you can achieve the level of cooking and presentation expected at the restaurant.
