A Chef de Partie role is required to join the kitchen of an exciting restaurant in Barnsley
Privately owned, this restaurant has recently employed a fantastic new Head Chef with a two AA Rosette background who is now seeking to employ an ambitious Chef de Partie who can help them develop the food offering at the venue. The restaurant serves menus featuring cutting edge, modern Mediterranean dishes prepared using high quality, authentic ingredients. As Chef de Partie you will be working within a kitchen team of four, preparing up to 100 covers at the busiest times whilst ensuring that you are in full control of your section.
An ambitious Chef de Partie seeking a challenging role where you will be working within a kitchen that is developing in order to build the restaurants reputation would be ideal. A high quality, all fresh food background where you were working in ‘a la carte’ restaurants or high regarded food led pubs is needed for this role.
