A Chef de Partie role is available at a pub located between Bradford and Leeds in West Yorkshire
The Head Chef of a popular, fresh food pub is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team of six chefs working in the kitchen of the property. This is a high volume dining operation with the capacity to seat 100+ covers creating menus that feature a wide range of dishes including modern takes on traditional pub meals; tapas plates; light bites; afternoon teas and Sunday roasts. As a result this role of Chef de Partie will offer you the opportunity to create a wide variety of dishes from fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie in a high volume, all fresh food restaurant, pub or hotel is needed to take on this role. It is important that you are capable of working to the fast pace in the kitchen whilst ensuring that you maintain the high standards of cooking the pub is known for.
