A large hotel in Manchester is recruiting for a Commis Chef to focus on the restaurant dining
A Commis Chef is required to join the large team of chefs working in the kitchen of a hotel which caters for the all day dining restaurant at the property. This is a high volume operation seating over 100 covers with menus featuring a combination of classic dishes and more modern British Brasserie style options. As Commis Chef you will be working with all fresh ingredients in a brand new kitchen which is very well equipped allowing you to continue to developing your cooking skills.
The position needs an experienced Commis Chef who can bring good basic cooking skills to the kitchen alongside the ability to work well under pressure when catering for large numbers. It is essential that you are capable of working well within a busy team environment where you will be expected to support the senior chefs where needed.
