A Commis Chef role is available at a country house hotel situated in East Sussex
The Head Chef of a respected country house hotel is seeking to employ a Commis Chef to join the team of ten chefs working at the property. The property offers award winning dining in its main restaurant which has modern British menus featuring the best produce of the season allowing the menus to change regularly. The venue is also host to special events, weddings and conferences throughout the year with events held for 100+ covers. In this Commis Chef role you will receive training in order to advance your cooking skills to make you a valuable member of the team.
A Commis Chef who is seeking a role where they can spend a number of years developing their all round cooking skills in a kitchen which has high cooking standards. An ambitious chef who is keen to continue learning but already has a good basic knowledge of working with all fresh produce from restaurants, food led pubs or hotels would be ideal.
