A bar offering casual dining in Sheffield is recruiting for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen
A high volume, fast paced casual dining venue is recruiting for a Head Chef to run the busy kitchen operation and manage the three other chefs working in your team. The menus at the bar feature a wide variety of grills, BBQ inspired dishes, burgers, pizzas etc. but you will have the opportunity to implement your own ideas bringing them to the menu. As this is a Head Chef role you will also be expected to take control of the kitchen admin; costings; achieve GP targets and ensure hygiene regulations are followed by your team.
A strong Sous Chef or an experienced Head Chef who has a background working in fast service, fresh food operations either for a private company or a branded operation is required to take on this role. A chef who is a strong manager capable of training your team to work to your own high standards whilst under pressure in the kitchen is essential.
