A four star hotel located in Suffolk is recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team
A four star hotel with a fine dining restaurant; busy bar dining operation and a banqueting department has a role available for a Junior Sous Chef. The hotel is focused on using fresh produce with as many items sourced from the local region as possible with menus based on the classics but prepared with modern twists.As Junior Sous Chef you will be assisting the senior chefs in the kitchen whilst also working across the sections in the kitchen preparing dishes to the high standards in place at the venue.
An experienced Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie who has been working in similar high quality hotels with a number of dining options is required to take on this role.All chefs need good all round cooking skills but should be seeking to further develop their supervisory skills.
