A Pastry Chef de Partie role is available at a large, luxury hotel in Manchester
A Pastry Chef de Partie is required to join the busy pastry section of a large hotel with a multi-outlet dining operation where you will be creating dishes for all of the food outlets at the property. The pastry section has its own ovens, fridges and equipment with a team of four chefs that can offer a keen chef plenty of opportunities to further your knowledge. This Pastry Chef de Partie role will see you preparing fine dining desserts for the restaurant; lounge and bar area; afternoon teas and a large scale production of individual desserts for the banqueting department.
The role would suit a Pastry Chef de Partie or a Chef de Partie with a strong interest on the pastry section. It is essential that you are seeking a role where you will be catering for large numbers with a number of different menus that will help you to widen your pastry knowledge in a top quality kitchen.
