A talented Pastry Chef is required to join the kitchen of a fantastic rural hotel in Wiltshire
The Head Chef of a stunning hotel is seeking a Pastry Chef to take charge of the pastry operation at the venue including managing the pastry team. Everything at the hotel is created in house with the role offering you the freedom to design and implement your own menus. As Pastry Chef you will be leading the stable team of three other pastry chefs creating the desserts for the award winning restaurant; afternoon teas; breakfast pastries; all breads and petit fours.
Only CVs from Pastry Chefs who have been working in multi-AA Rosette or Michelin awarded kitchens will be considered for this position. It is important that you are used to managing a team of pastry with the leaderships skills required to get the best from your chefs. A creative chef seeking a role where they can put their mark on the menus would be ideal.
